Description:
Help send WEdia to Guatemala and Nicaragua! This summer, WEdia will send award-winning volunteer filmmakers to document the work of AIDG (Appropriate Infrastructure Development Group), Maya Pedal, Kiva, Bikes Not Bombs and Pro Mujer. They are trying to raise the necessary funds with a benefit show.
Bands and DJs will rock Southpaw in Brooklyn from 8:00pm till late!
Local bands Dirty Excuse, Orion Gordon & The I-Vibe Band Feat.
Fayola, and Turnstylz Feat. Loot play live. Djs Bianca and Eboné take
over for the late night dance party.
Dancing, raffles, community action and a photo booth. An amazing time to be had by all.
Directions: Southpaw is located at 125 Fifth Ave. in Park Slope,
Brooklyn. It’s close to the Atlantic Ave subway station
(B,D,Q,R,N,M,4,5,2,3 trains) and is about a $12 cab ride from Lower
Manhattan.
